1. Private, invite-only service

This site hosts private video content. Access is granted by personal invitation only and is limited to the individual whose account has been approved. Your access is a privilege, not a right, and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time, for any reason, without notice.

2. Personal viewing only

Videos are made available to you solely for your own private viewing. You must not download, copy, record, screen-capture, stream, re-upload, re-post, embed, or otherwise reproduce or distribute any video, thumbnail, description or other content, in whole or in part, by any means.

You must not share your login details, invitation links or player links with anyone else, and you must not allow another person to view content through your account.

3. Ownership of content

All videos and related material remain the property of the site owner or the relevant rights holder. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership or licence to you beyond the limited right to watch the content on this site while your access remains active.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to bypass any access control, password, expiry or view limit; not to use automated tools, scripts or scrapers against the site; and not to interfere with the operation or security of the service or the storage behind it.

5. Your information

To operate the service we record your email address, the time you sign in, the videos you view, the approximate time of each view, your IP address and browser type. This information is used only to run the service, keep it secure and understand how content is being viewed. It is not sold or passed to third parties for marketing.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any particular video will remain available. Content may be edited, replaced or removed at any time.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Breach

If you breach these terms your access will be revoked and we may take any further action available to us, including legal action, to protect the content and the people it concerns.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, you will be asked to accept the new version before you can continue watching. The date of the current version is shown below.
